Dr. Jacques Lagnel is a bioinformatics engineer at INRAe GAFL unit. He is responsible of the Informatics, Bioinformatics and biostatistics group. JL is an expert in animal and plant Omics analysis and in pipeline development in HPC computing with >20 publications on NGS data analysis (https://prodinra.inra.fr).
