Dr. Anastasia Tsagkarakou is a Principal Researcher with more than 20-year experience in agricultural entomology and acarology. Her work focuses on population genetics and molecular biology of adapted mechanisms of insects and mites of agricultural importance and the study of xenobiotic metabolism and resistance and has a strong interest in quantitative transcriptomics (RNA-seq).
